Serán Welcomes Dr. Jeffrey Evans as Senior Vice President of Operations

We are proud to announce that Dr. Jeffrey Evans has joined Serán as Senior Vice President of Operations, bringing over three decades of pharmaceutical leadership and operational excellence to our growing organization.

Jeff’s initial focus will be on ensuring on-time delivery of our clients’ clinical and early commercial products, while also advancing internal initiatives that support Serán’s continued strategic growth and operational scalability.

A Ph.D. chemist by training, Jeff has held senior leadership roles across both innovator and service companies, including Bristol Myers, Rondaxe, Protolytix, and Alcami. He has successfully led cross-functional teams through large-scale growth initiatives, optimized global operations, and driven patient-focused solutions—all while building strong, performance-driven teams and improving process efficiencies.

In this new role, Jeff will lead various operational departments at Serán and work closely with the CEO to ensure our systems and strategies are fully aligned with both current client needs and future industry demands. His arrival marks a significant investment in our dedication to customer experience, timely delivery, and operational excellence.
