Commercial Campus Update

Construction of Serán’s Triton commercial manufacturing campus is progressing steadily, with civil works substantially complete, foundations poured, and vertical wall erection currently underway.

The project is on track and expected to start operating in 2027 !

• Commercial-scale aqueous and organic-based spray-drying capable of batch or semi-continuous operation modes

 --Batch: 50 - 1000 kg SDD

 --Semi-continuous: 500 - 3000 kg SDD per day

• Seven dedicated manufacturing suites enable solution preparation, spray drying, secondary drying, granulation, roller compaction, blending, tableting, encapsulation, and tablet coating.

• Facility features a Just-In-Time warehouse with dedicated shipping and receiving bays, walk-in cold storage (2–8°C), humidity-controlled storage, and exterior mechanical yards for material and equipment handling.

• Expansion readiness is built into the site and building, ensuring Project Triton can adapt to future business needs and technological advancements.
